I am a graduate of University College Birmingham having gained qualifications in Level 3 Professional Cookery and I am driven by a passion for culinary perfection, I have a creative flair for amazing flavours, textures, aromas and colours. I have gained extensive fine-dining experience while working in the kitchen at UCB’s 'The Restaurant' described as ‘the best place to meet a future star chef’. I am dedicated to food safety and quality food service with a firm belief that customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of running a successful restaurant. I believe that I have the potential to be a culinary leader with efficient workflow coordination, excellent fine-dining training and strong communication skills.
